“Temple of the Dragon” is the largest Buddhist temple in Mindanao and home to monks of the Philippine Academy of Shakya. Made with slabs of marble and boasting a large lion plinth near the steps, the structure itself is impressive and the greenery either side adds to the general peacefulness of the place. You can walk freely inside the temple, but unfortunately members of the public cannot enter the tall tower behind.

The other notable feature is the stone statue of a benevolent and laughing Buddha in the middle of the grounds before the steps
